Centr, or what most people know as Chris Hemsworth’s health app, features expertise of internationally renowned trainers, nutritionists and wellbeing leaders – it’s like a one stop shop for everything you need to eat, train and live well, fully customised to your goals, ability and personal taste.
However today, the team at Centr Fit have announced a new program aimed at a holistic approach to health: Centr Fusion.
The all-in-one program, led by three of the app’s top trainers, former pro boxer Michael Olajide Jr., strength expert Ashley Joi, and Elsa Pataky’s own yoga teacher Tahl Rinsky, brings together strength training, boxing-inspired HIIT, and ‘power yoga’ to help you tone up, lose weight, and find your calm.
“BoxHIIT is very beginner-friendly, in fact, the less experience the better because you don’t have to break old habits,” said Olajide Jr.
“We’ll focus on form and execution in the punches, plus resistance and endurance, then progressively build up the intensity each week.
The 6-week stretch involves all three workout styles (ranging from 25-30 minutes) plus a mindful component to it so you can reset, recharge and prepare for the rest of your day, post-workout cooldown. What’s better is that you won’t need much equipment, just your mat and dumbbells, which you don’t even have to use if you choose not to.
If you’re not too into that, the app’s daily workout meal plans, recipe collections, cooking demos are meditation guides are just as good, and nclude the likes of Special Ops trainer Joseph Sakoda AKA “Da Rulk”, Hollywood trainer Gunnar Peterson, Plant Proof podcast founder Simon Hill, Chris’s personal trainer Luke Zocchi, vegan bodybuilder Torre Washington, yoga instructor Tahl Rinsky, and chef Dan Churchill.
The app’s pricing is $29.99 for one month, $59.99 for three months and $119.99 for a year.
