Boxer Launches Table at Opponent During Explosive Press Conference

2016 has certainly been the year of the press conference. Only a matter of months ago, Conor McGregor’s press conference before UFC 202 threatened to erupt when opponent Nate Diaz and his crew stormed the building to interrupt proceedings.

McGregor and Diaz engaged in throwing glasses, soft drink cans and water bottles across the room before being restrained by security. Earlier today, British boxer Dereck Chisora put them both to shame.

After an exchange of words with opponent Dillian Whyte got heated, Chisora proceeded to absolutely lose his sh*t, uplifting a table and hurling it towards him.

Fortunately (or unfortunately for sickos wanting more drama), no real damage was done. The two will square off for the British title this Saturday and undoubtedly neither men will leave anything in the ring.

We wouldn’t be surprised however if a steel chair or sledgehammer makes an appearance…
