Calum Von Moger is quickly being touted as the next big thing on the bodybuilding circuit. And after being casted as the man to play Arnold Schwarzenegger in a new biopic, there’s good reason to follow the bodybuilder’s workouts. Luckily for us, Von Monger shared a quick video to his Youtube following with a basic, four-move chest workout.
The three-time Mr. Universe champion is no slouch in the gym – after all he did tear his bicep last November.
That’s why it comes as a surprise to see Von Moger strip down his work out – you might’ve thought he was just starting out.
His session begins with an incline bench press: 10 reps of 100kg. Considering, most can barely do that on a flat bench press, you can see just how strong the Gold Coast native is.
Next, Von Moger does similar on a flat bench. To make sure he targets his entire chest, the Arnie look-a-like moves to low cable flyes followed by pec dec flyes. As a finisher, he chooses machine tricep dips.
