When 32 year old Chinese photographer, Xy Jesse, found out that his wife was pregnant, he invited his parents to live with him to assist in the process.
Discovering that his father was battling an alcohol addiction, and overweight as a result, Jesse sought to strengthen their bonds as a family while simultaneously improving their health.
What was meant to start as a six month health kick has now turned into a way of life for Jesse and his family, and just in time for fatherhood. The family shows no signs of slowing down, with Jesse and his father still regularly working out together.
Working together, the family started small with daily walks, and built their fitness levels up through the introduction of gym sessions. Xy Jesse is now a model in China, while his father now has confidence to lead a happy and healthy life, kicking his addiction.
