French Montana Is Straight In The Gym After Being Released From Intensive Care

Rapper French Montana’s first port of call after being released from intensive care? The gym, of course.

After spending two weeks in hospital recovering from exhaustion, dehydration, an irregular heart rate and severe stomach pain, Montana defied doctor’s orders to fit in a sweat session.

The A-lister shared a picture to his Instagram, and despite being off his feet for a fortnight, Montana is noticeably jacked and shredded.

Doctor told me I should be resting!!” He captioned the photo. “ITS 2020 YOU SHTUP????????‍♂️D”

It’s no surprise the 35-year-old is in good shape. Even wired up, he managed the fit in some bodyweight movements. Earlier this month, Montana showed off his cheeky home workout from the comfort of his hospital room.

At the time he told fans “(they) can’t keep me down!!”

He also updated his followers on his new album:

“Been workin hard on my new album and I’m so proud to announce it’s coming THIS FRIDAY !!! #MONTANA The music is keepin my spirit alive ???????????????? THANK YOU to my fans, love y’all for ridin with me thru this”

While Montana’s rig might be good shape, we’d probably recommend he take it easy, especially over the festive period.
