Ingredients
1 cup (250ml) coconut water
1/2 banana
3 tbs (30g) natural protein powder
1 x Granny Smith apple
1 x celery stalk
1/4 avocado
30g baby spinach leaves
1/2 lime juiced
4-6 ice cubes
