Want to build muscle and stay fuller for longer? This green super smoothie – created by chef-to-the-stars, Sergio Perera, and featured in Chris Hemsworth’s new health and fitness app Centr – is the best way to start your day. 

Ingredients

1 cup (250ml) coconut water

1/2 banana

3 tbs (30g) natural protein powder

1 x Granny Smith apple

1 x celery stalk

1/4 avocado

30g baby spinach leaves

1/2 lime juiced

4-6 ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
