Huge Appetite of McDonald Trump

If you’ve ever wondered exactly Donald Trump eats to maintain such a solid frame, wonder no more. Two of Trumps former campaign aides, Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie, are set to release a new book outlining some of the lesser-known details of the Presidents life.

Among details of his music tastes (he blasts Elton John on his private jet) and his fashion secrets (he has his pants steamed while he’s wearing them), the book outlines a diet of pizza, fried food, and Macca’s.

“On Trump Force One there were four major food groups: McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, pizza and Diet Coke”, the authors write.

The revelations have certainly raised some concern among experts for Trumps wellbeing. According to the book, his go to McDonald’s order during his campaign was:

2 Big Macs, 2 Fillet-O-Fish, and a chocolate malted (thick shake)

The total kilojoule damage from his regular one meal binge: 8000kj.
To put that in perspective, the recommended daily intake for a grown man is 8700kj. This figure is frightening enough without taking into account the levels of sodium, fat and sugar that would be affecting Mr Trumps health.

We’ve crunched the numbers even further via Health Assist, and here are a few activities Trumps would need to complete just to burn off one of his meals:

  • 4 hours and 57 minutes of social badminton
  • 7 hours and 19 minutes of bowling (ten pin)
  • 2 hours and 37 minutes of vigorous rowing
  • 1 hour and 28 minutes of stair runs
