Kevin Hart Shares Emotional Footage Following Heavy Car Crash

Actor Kevin Hart has updated fans for the first time since he was involved in a heavy car crash back in September.

Taking to Instagram, the 40-year-old shared an emotional video following the heavy collision that reportedly left him with three spinal fractures.

“Basically, what you realise is that you’re not in control,” Hart begins.

“No matter how much you think you’re in control, you’re not in control. At the end of the day, it can all be over, man.”

“When God talks, you got to listen,” Hart says in a voice over, as footage plays of him undergoing rehab.

“In this case, I honestly feel like God told me to sit down. You know, you’re moving too fast, you’re doing too much sometimes you can’t see the things you’re meant to see.

“After my accident, I see things differently. I see things from a whole new perspective,” Hart continued.

“My appreciation for life is through the roof. So don’t take today for granted because tomorrow’s not promised.”

The car crash took place two months ago when Jared Black was driving Hart’s 1970 Plymouth Barracuda in Los Angeles. While accelerating into a turn on the Mulholland Highway, he lost control of the car, according to CNN

The car slid and slammed into a tree. Hart was a passenger, suffering serious back injuries while Black also sustained heavy blows. Black’s fiancee, Rebecca Broxterman was also in the car but escaped with minor injuries.
