POLARISING INTERNET PERSONALITY and wrestler Logan Paul is looking more jacked than ever. He credits his transformation to three surprisingly simple exercises: push-ups, sit-ups and running.
After one user on X highlighted the amount of muscle Paul had gained, the wrestler replied: ‘I stepped up my routine. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 1 mile run – every single day.’
In reality, adding serious muscle hasn’t been quite as simple as just throwing in two bodyweight movements and a short run. But the routine appears to have helped Paul stay consistent and pay closer attention to the rest of his lifestyle too.

The 31-year-old admits he needed the shift in mindset. Although Paul joined WWE in 2022, he says it’s only in recent years that he started taking strength training seriously.
‘I joined WWE and I realised two things,’ Paul told Alex Hormozi on his podcast Impaulsive at the end of 2025. ‘First, it [strength training] looks better. So I started to train for aesthetics and actually start lifting weights. When I trained boxing, I never touched any weights.
‘And then two, being a professional wrestler, I realised it’s pretty much 80% about being able to navigate pain. And it hurts less when you have more muscle.’
Since ramping things up, Paul now reportedly trains in the gym six days a week alongside his wrestling schedule, focusing on heavy lifting both to improve his physique and reduce injury risk.
YouTuber Jesse James West recently trained with Paul, spending a day following the wrestler’s routine. In the video, Paul explained that ‘the core is one of the most important muscles in the body’.
After warming up with weighted skipping, the pair moved into hanging leg raises before tackling an abs circuit featuring crunches, flutter kicks, heel taps and reverse crunches.
