She’s the Perth personal trainer taking Hollywood by storm.

Sam Jackson made a name for herself as the motivated coach who keeps her clients on their toes – and after striking up an unlikely friendship with actor-client Mel Gibson, the two have been gym buddies ever since.

Now, her little black book of A-list clients continues to grow – with the personal trainer set to take on her biggest project to date, coaching the entire cast of a brand new major movie.

Legendary guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd – who is married to Mel Gibson’s daughter Hannah – has also enlisted Sam’s help.

“You’ve got to know your waist circumference – it should be well under 100cm for guys,” Jackson said.

“It’s also important to watch your portion sizes as well – and avoid sugar, fats and alcohol. They’re the three substances that’ll make your belly fat grow.

“Don’t do fad diets – they’re just going to do you harm – and get some exercise every day because our bodies were made to move.”
