Queensland-based gelataria Zanette’s Gelati has created the perfect alcoholic gelato, blending VB and the famous Italian desert.
Speaking to 7 News, owner, Frank Bailey, insisted the gelato had been an immediate success. “People just like it. Anything with alcohol in it is good isn’t it! They just line up for it and as you can see there’s nothing left in the tray.”
Unfortunately, if you’re still under 18, you’ll have to wait before you can get a taste of the adult poison.
It’s not the first time the shop has experimented, with the store also boasting Vegemite, Midori and XXXX Gold on its menu.
