What to stream in February 2026: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV + more

Can't decide what to watch? In desperate need of a new series to binge? Feel like you've seen every movie ever made? Don't stress, there's plenty of new content coming to streaming in February. This is what you'll want to add to your watchlist

SUMMER IS, unfortunately, already crawling towards its inevitable end. Now that everyone has returned to work, there’s less time for late afternoons by the beach. At the same time, the alternative of staying home for a good old-fashioned streaming binge is becoming more appealing by the day.

It isn’t all bad news though. The new content coming to streaming platforms in February is worth staying home for. Some of the biggest films of the previous year are making their streaming debuts. There’s Jurassic World: Rebirth on Netflix, Eternity on Apple TV, Roofman and A Big, Bold, Beautiful Journey on Amazon Prime Video. As far as series go, February will also see the return of The Lincoln Lawyer, Drive to Survive, The Artful Dodger and Bridgerton.

In any case, it’s a good time to have a streaming subscription. The new content is arriving in such quantities that choosing what to watch becomes its own challenge. That’s where we come in. To help you find what’s worth streaming in February, we’ve rounded up the best new pieces of content.

February Netflix Highlight – Jurassic World: Rebirth

One of the biggest blockbusters of 2025 is set to make its streaming debut. Jurassic World Rebirth received mixed reviews, but is still an entertaining watch. Director Gareth Edwards has a good eye for staging, with props like a lifeboat and an inflatable dinghy providing the basis for some memorable scenes. The CGI dinosaurs have never looked better, more vibrant or (a relief for the dinosaur nerds out there like us) more realistic. Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Bailey also shine, imbuing the film with enough charm for us to be open to the prospect of a sequel, rather than staunchly resistant.

Elsewhere, keep an eye out for the second part of Bridgerton season 4, and the fourth season of The Lincoln Lawyer.

What’s new on Amazon Prime Video Australia, February 2026

February Amazon Prime Video Highlight – The Bluff

It’s a big month for movies on Prime Video, so bear with us. First of all, there’s The Bluff. The film is set in the late 1800s, long past the golden age of piracy, and stars Priyanka Chopra. The Bluff has more in common with a Mafia tale than the pirate films starring Johnny Depp you’re used to. These pirates steal, kill, and the only crime they punish is trying to escape from such savage work. That’s why Chopra’s Ercell Bodden has been attacked by her former crew, who are targeting her for fleeing their ranks years ago (and taking a sizable cache of gold with her). When they find her, she is a mother, wife, and a prominent resident of a peaceful island in the Caymans where others have also rebuilt their lives free of servitude. In her old life, she was known as “Bloody Mary”, a nickname she is more than willing to reclaim if it means protecting her home and loved ones from the marauders of her past.

Also coming to Amazon Prime in February is A Big, Bold, Beautiful Journey, a fantasy-romance starring Margot Robbie and Colin Farrell. Ideal for Valentine’s Day. Then there’s Roofman, which is about an escaped prisoner hiding out in a Toys ‘R’ Us. Channing Tatum lost more than 30kg to take on the leading role. Lastly, if you’re a Beatles fan, you’ll want to check out Man on the Run. It’s a documentary about Paul McCartney’s initial struggles to chart a solo career after the band broke up.

What’s new on Apple TV, February 2026

February Apple TV Highlight – Eternity

Eternity takes place in the afterlife and is based on the idea that recently departed souls have just one week to decide where to spend the rest of eternity. For some, that’s an easy choice. But for Joan (Elizabeth Olsen), it’s an impossible conundrum. She has to decide whether she should see out the afterlife with Larry (Miles Teller), the man she spent most of her life with, or Luke (Callum Turner), her first love who died young and has been waiting in purgatory for her to arrive.
