Winner Eligibility

• Winner has to be Australian resident aged 18+
• No employee or individual connected to Switzer Media Group can win the prize
• All elements of the prize must be redeemed no later than 1 November 2025. If not redeemed by this date, the prize shall be forfeited in full without compensation or refund.

Prize Details

• Three (3) consecutive nights’ accommodation in one (1) Superior Room type for two people.
• Two (2) return economy flights between Australia and Bangkok, Thailand.
• One (1) 3Night Personalised Wellness Programme for two people, comprising six (6) treatments per person and one (1) wellness workshop.
• Complimentary round-trip limousine transfers between Bangkok International Airport and RXV Wellness Village.
• All meals during the stay
• Pre-consultation with doctors added to programme for added value
• Overall value of trip $12,500

Liability

• The winner must obtain their own travel insurance for the trip

• RXV agrees to provide the prize as described, with a standard duty of care to all guests attending

• RXV shall remain liable for the health, safety, and well-being of prize winners while on the premises, in accordance with its regular guest liability and insurance policies

• RXV and Switzer Media Group are not responsible for travel delays, force majeure, or external factors affecting prize redemption
• RXV and Switzer Media Group accept no responsibility for entries not received or technical errors
• RXV and Switzer Media Group are not liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred by the winner arising from circumstances outside their control
• RXV nor Switzer Media Group is required to provide a refund in cash amount should the trip be cancelled by the prize winner
• Any rescheduling of flights will come at a cost to the prize winner not RXV or Switzer Media Group

Bookings

• All flights to be booked by RXV
• Once winner is selected by Switzer Media Group they are to be passed directly to Melior / RXV to confirm travel dates
• Extensions or changes to the prize booking are at the sole discretion of RXV

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If the prize winner cancels the trip after booking has been confirmed, RXV Wellness

Village and Switzer Media Group are not obliged to provide a refund or alternative prize. Any rescheduling of flights, accommodation, or programme dates requested by the winner after booking confirmation will be subject to availability, and any additional costs incurred will be paid by the prize winner.
