BEING AN ACTIVE person is an inherently social endeavour. If you’re keen on keeping fit, you are a part of the fitness community, no matter how minimal your participation. You might strictly follow a few buffed up influencers on Instagram for workout tips and meal prep ideas, or you could be a casual member of your local run club. But big or small, you contribute to the fitness community.
That community is diverse. It includes everyone from professional athletes to first-time gym goers. Rarely do these people meet in the same forum, but all that means is that when they do, it’s a must-see spectacle.
The AusFitness Expo is one such meeting of like-minded fitness enthusiasts. As Australia’s – and the southern hemisphere’s – largest festival of fitness, the expo brings together athletes, personal trainers, world record holders, industry suppliers, brands and everyday workout warriors for the ultimate celebration of fitness culture.
Tickets for the AusFitness Expo are on sale now. Keen to see what all the fuss is about. Here’s everything you need to know about the AusFitness Expo, from the world records attempts to the massive discounts on offer.
What is there to see at the AusFitness Expo?

The attempt will take place on the AusFitness Expo’s active stage on day one of the event.

AusFitness Expo attendees will get the chance to compete for a spot in the show’s fifth season.
