Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is one of the biggest stars on Earth today – physically and metaphorically.
The gifted wrestler turned actor has a hulking 111 kilogram frame. He barely gets a spare minute where he’s not filming, training or eating. And man does he eat a lot. Johnson told People what an average day of eating looks like for him, and it’s probably close to the amount a normal person would eat in a week.
Johnson starts the day with a breakfast consisting of:
- 280 grams of grilled steak
- 280 grams of roasted potatoes
- Six scrambled egg whites
Only three hours later, Johnson has his next meal:
- 280 grams of grilled chicken
- 1.5 cups of rice
Another three hours pass by and it’s time for his next meal:
- 280 grams of bison
- 1.5 cups of rice
- Salad
All this talk of food making you full? Not Johnson. Three hours later he dives into another meal:
- 280 grams of chicken salad
- 280 grams of roasted potatoes
- Salad
And finally, after consuming enough food to feed a small army, it’s time for his final meal of the day:
- Oatmeal with peanut butter mixed with 10 egg whites
Just thinking about consuming all of that food is threatening to put us in a food coma, not to mention the 11 litres of water per day he washes it down with.
