“It was so hot my shirt literally burst into flames, luckily I was wearing my favourite pair of fire retardant shorts,” he captioned the video.

The HIIT workout targets all body parts: arms, legs, shoulders all while operating at a high heart rate.
Hemsworth begins with a variation of the one-armed row before moving into a squat alternative. Next up, a farmer’s carry before smashing out his arms with a bicep curl military press combo. Finally he finishes off with a sprint to push that anaerobic capacity up while torching more body fat.
