Sage Northcutt’s Insane Kettlebell Routine Is Like Nothing We’ve Ever Seen Before

Look up in the sky! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! Nope, it’s a kettlebell Sage Northcutt just tossed through the air like a damn juggling ball.

Northcutt, the UFC wunderkind who recently bested Michel Quiñones at UFC Fight Night 120, has posted some pretty impressive fitness videos on his social media accounts. Behold this 600-pound tire flip; these casual gymnastics skills; that time he inexplicably tore an apple in half with his bare hands.

In his latest video, the 21-year-old fighter performed a kettlebell workout that totally blew our minds. Seriously—that thing looks heavy, and yet in Northcutt’s insanely jacked arms, it all but defies gravity. Check it out for yourself:

Northcutt looks pretty pleased with himself as he throws in a casual sled push at the end of the routine—but then again, he also can’t remember the last time he wasn’t happy. Sounds nice!

Thinking about using the kettlebell the next time you hit the gym? This 2-move combo will hit every muscle in your body. We can’t promise you’ll be ready to pull off Northcutt’s elaborate routine, but you’ll definitely be feeling the burn.
