Apparently, Doing This Sex Act Daily Will Increase Your Chances of a Promotion

You may think the key to a promotion is late nights, sucking up to the boss or owning the best suit in the office.

But a new study suggests the key to a more successful career lies in your hands – literally.

A new study has found that people who orgasm at least once a day are far more likely to work harder, enjoy their jobs and move further up the career ladder. They are also more likely to have a healthier work-life balance.

Keith Leavitt, an associate professor at Oregon State University, says a good sex life is important for equally good performance at the workplace.

“Maintaining a healthy relationship that includes a healthy sex life will help employees stay happy and engaged in their work, which benefits the employees and the organisations they work for.”

In a time where work often has the ability to consume our lives, Leavitt says this study is as important as ever.

The study found that those who left their work-related stresses at the office and allowed time for intimacy every day had better work and sex lives.

Sexual intercourse triggers the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with the reward centres in the brain.

The study documented the lives of 159 married employees over the space of two weeks, and after completing two surveys every day, the results showed employees who had sex her in far more positive moods the next day compared to those that didn’t.

“This is a reminder that sex has social, emotional and physiological benefits, and it’s important to make it a priority,” said Professor Leavitt. “Just make time for it.”
