Your best friend in the bedroom turns out to be your tongue. Settle down – we mean using it to talk with.

In a Medical University of Vienna study that examined female sexual dysfunction, women who discussed sexual matters with their partner and took the hormone oxytocin – dubbed “female Viagra” – before sex reported significant improvement in sexual satisfaction.

However, the researchers report, another group who also discussed their sex lives but only received a placebo dose of the hormone saw similar improvements. Silence is clearly not golden.
