Definitely not when TikTok launched, but definitely when it started gaining more popularity, a TikTok challenge was making the rounds where workout pairs had to do pushup and jump over each other to a remix of Maggie Lindemann’s track Pretty Girl. More of a plank challenge, it came about when the fitness industry go ahold of TikTok’s viral dance challenges and started making them their own. 

Now, there are thousands of fitness users who dedicate their accounts to workout content, and a bunch of others who make it their mission to create new and fun challenges in the hopes they will be picked up by the masses.
