Sweat Like An Avenger With Infinity War’s Official Personal Trainer

Personal Trainer Luke Zocchi is an actual wizard. He has managed to make fitness his life, traveling the world with best mate Thor (aka Chris Hemsworth), and shaping the best bodies in Hollywood history. In short, he is living the dream. 

Zocchi’s latest work can be seen in the mega-blockbuster Avengers: Infinity War, hitting screens this week. The film is on track to be a monster success, with expectations it could have the biggest opening weekend of any film in history. If you haven’t seen it already… go now. It’s a film of epic proportions and while you won’t leave the cinema feeling all fuzzy and happy, you will be in awe of what you’ve witnessed. Plus, you’ll most likely be motivated to hit the gym, big time.


Zocchi has been working on Marvel films for close on 7 years now, training characters from Thor to The Hulk, and his training style clearly delivers some serious results.

Luke’s training philosophy is very much quality over quantity. “Me and Chris never train for more than an hour a day. Never more than that,” he explains. “We’d lift 3-4 times a week and hit the main muscle groups. We try to do something a little different each time, otherwise it gets boring.”
