In the first video of our brand new movement library, Men’s Health Fitness Director, Todd Liubinskas, talks us through one of the more underrated exercises in the gym. And all it requires is a set of dumbbells.

When it comes to performing the dumbbell thruster, there are a few things you should keep in mind.

“Set up feet just outside shoulders beside the dumbbells,” says Liubinskas. “Come down into a squat position then press the weights up overhead.”
