Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Welcomes Baby Girl

If you’ve been internetting in the last few hours, you’ve no doubt been flooded with baby news out of the UK, with the arrival of the latest Royal. However we here at Men’s Health are also celebrating the arrival of our own fitness royalty, the third in line to the Johnson throne, little baby Tiana Gia.

Earlier this morning Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson took to instagram to announce the arrival of Tiana Gia ‘The Pebble’ Johnson, his third baby girl. Johnson gave full credit to his ‘rockstar’ baby-mamma Lauren Hashian, who is doing well by all reports.

“Skin to skin. Our mana. Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world.
Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature and Mama @laurenhashianofficial labored and delivered like a true rockstar,” said Johnson in the post.

It seems that The Rock was very hands on in the delivery, dishing out some words of wisdom to expecting fathers.

“Word to the wise gentlemen, it’s critical to be by your lady’s head when she’s delivering, being as supportive as you can.. holding hands, holding legs, whatever you can do. But, if you really want to understand the single most powerful and primal moment life will ever offer – watch your child being born. Its a life changer and the respect and admiration you have for a woman, will forever be boundless.”

The Rock is having one helluva week, with his lastest movie Rampage reigning supreme at the box office. We’re sure the active head of the Johnson empire won’t slow down too much during his paternity leave, as his string of hits is set to continue with the upcoming Skyscraper movie in July.

Tiana joins older sisters Simone and Jasmine as part of Johnson’s growing family. Heaven help any boy they bring home in the future… we would not want to be on the receiving end of that meet and greet!

Congratulations to the The Rock family.
