The Holiday Workout You Can Take With You

Going on a hard-earned holiday can give life to your mental health, but can also be a death sentence to your physical fitness. The countless hours spent boozing poolside can quickly play havoc with your months of training and dedication. However fear not for your Summer rig. Former professional tennis player turned personal trainer Matt Fox has dedicated his career to building strength and staying in shape using his bodyweight. Since founding Body Weight Built, which uses 100% bodyweight exercises that can be done anywhere, anytime, Matt has been instrumental in getting people outdoors and away from the gym to train, providing the perfect training blueprint to take with you on the road. Set down that piña colada, and smash out this 32 minute gym-free workout (you won’t even have to leave your hotel room).
