Ever had a million dollar orgasm? Me neither. But one jewellery designer has promised the unthinkable and it comes with an equally expensive price tag.
Aussie brand pearl Royale has released a new vibrator, the Pearl Royale vibrator, which comes at a cost of 1.8 million dollars.
“My inspiration was to create something that shows the value people place on sex,” says Australian Colin Burn, speaking to The NY Post.
“[People] spend lots of money for the experiences of owning Maseratis and the like. But would they pay for this?”
According to Mr Burn, the vibrator weighs about a pound and runs on two hand-engineered motors. The toy is covered with “2,000 diamonds, some royal-blue sapphires and ‘very rare’ pink diamonds.” If you’re worried about cutting your private parts, don’t worry the gems are flush-set, says Burns. The vibrator can be switched on with a platinum key.
According to the retailer, there has already been interest.
The Pearl Royale promises to deliver “a million-dollar orgasm,” but is still yet to be tested.
“The prototype has been tried and it works exceptionally well,” adds Burns. “The real one is in a vault. We don’t want to soil it.”
