Watch The Grossest (And Most Satisfying) Blackhead Removal We’ve Ever Seen

Admit it, there’s something disgustingly satisfying about watching people remove their blackheads. But of all the satisfying blackhead removal videos we’ve seen, this one might take the cake for the fastest and most efficient.

The video, posted on LADbible, shows Jacob Acosta, 23, literally squeezing every single blackhead out of his nose in the span of two seconds. It was originally shared on his YouTube page in 2016. The results speak for themselves—his nose is left covered in white pus, and we are all left half-wanting to throw up and half-wanting to run to the bathroom and try it ourselves.

Acosta told LADbible that while he finds the method effective, it’s pretty painful and leaves his eyes watering and feeling like he “worked out his nose for a few days.” He said that, because of that, he only does this a few times a year.

There is absolutely nothing more annoying than battling acne and we are willing to try almost anything to get rid of it. While the sheer simplicity of speed of Acosta’s squeezing technique is very tempting, dermatologists widely recommend against squeezing, and instead recommend these methods for removing blackheads. And if you’re trying to figure out why you have acne in the first place, you have to check out the most common acne myths, debunked. Heads up, residual pizza grease does nothing, so eat in peace.
