Even with gyms closed, the Spenser Confidential actor has been sharing more fitness content than usual, showing off his home gym and giving fans the motivation they need to keep up their health in lockdown.

In the first of several videos, Wahlberg punishes his legs – lunges and jump squat variations are on the menu.

In the second, he shows off his core with the use of medicine balls, adding bragging: “The single ball toss wasn’t enough so we added another one.”

In another post, Wahlberg makes full use of a TRX, providing leg and core exercises that can also be done in the comfort of your own home.

In his most recent video, apart from showing off his rig, he encourages his followers to keep up a proper hygiene routine and take care of themselves.

“Hey everybody at home, make sure you’re doing everything you can to stay as healthy as possible,” he says.

“Sanitizing, staying clean, staying fit, getting the proper rest, proper exercise, doing everything you can to boost your immune system.”

If Wahlberg’s arms are anything to go by, his fitness advice is always on the money.
