Eat This Now To Have More Sex

As men, we’re always looking for more hacks to get more action. Turns out there’s one simple trick we’ve been missing out on all along: eating more fish.

According to research published in the US, couples who eat seafood more than twice a week have more sex and get pregnant quicker.

In the study, featuring 500 couples, 92 per cent of participants who ate more than two portions of fish a week fell pregnant while only 79 per cent who consumed less were successful.

While pregnancy rates were higher, couples also reported that they were having sex more frequently.

“Our results stress the importance of not only female, but also male diet on time to pregnancy, and suggests that both partners should be incorporating more seafood into their diets for the maximum fertility benefit,” says Audrey Gaskins, of the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health.
