Not all dates end well, and taking your love interest out for dinner doesn’t necessarily translate to a fledging relationship. But it seems one man was a bit too bitter, sending an invoice to a female after she stopped answering his texts.
Taking to Twitter and Instagram, 23-year-old Amanda Burnett shared her horrifying experience of a date gone wrong. After deciding there was no connection, Amanda decided to stop replying in hope of sending a message. That’s where things went sour. The man forwarded the bill for dinner and drinks, even threatening her with “additional penalty or fines.”
Unfortunately for Amanda, she also had to cop a processing fee and shipping & handling, coming to a total of $AU50.
We’re guessing she’ll be including a tougher screening process for when she next gets asked out.
