American breast-cancer surgeon, Dr Kristi Funk says nipple foreplay is enough to make one in three women orgasm without needing to go near her genitals.
“I would like to suggest a little nipple play to help you along,” says Dr Funk, speaking on the TV Show The Doctors. She adds that one in five women haven’t experience an orgasm and that finding your partner’s other erogenous zones, including the nipples, is the solution.

How to Give Her a Nipple Orgasm
Manual stimulation is a great start and you can begin by performing soft, full circles, adapting your speeds to how she reacts. If you’re confident, you can move on to oral stimulation. A combination of suction and nibbles, licks, and tongue strokes will give her a pleasing sensation. If you’re unsure what she prefers, don’t be afraid to ask her to suck on your tongue, lips or body to demonstrate.
